Do you have catalogs or brochures you can send me?
Since it is nearly impossible to assemble and generate enough catalogs or brochures to cover all the information there is about all the different products and options available, we rely mostly on our website and the links to the manufactures' websites. We will send you what we do have based on the products you are interested in.

What are your payment terms?
Like most window covering and home automation businesses, most everything is custom ordered so we require 50% down payment before we can place the final order. Automated Shades Plus accepts Checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

What is your service area?
Automated Shades Plus is based out of Charlotte, NC and normally will cover all surrounding states such as South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia and Tennessee. We can also travel to other states based on job situations.

What is your return policy?
Since all of our products are custom made to ordered, we are unable to return them back to the manufactures. Naturally if there are any defects or problems with any products, Automated Shades Plus and the manufacture with stand behind them 100% and replace them if necessary.

Where are you located?
We are a custom in-home service business for several reasons. First, we come out to your location so you can see our products in your home or business in the actual lighting where they will be installed. Secondly, this eliminates any surprise variations from viewing the product in a completely different lighting situation. Third, this also saves our customer’s time by coordinating one meeting to view the products and at the same time allows us to measure the windows to generate the price quote. Lastly, this also keeps our overhead lower and lower overhead translates to lower prices to our customers.

What is the warranty on your products?
All the products we sell are backed 100% by a manufacturer’s warranty. Most shade fabrics are covered with a lifetime warranty and electronic components are covered up to 8 years. Automated Shades Plus will cover all labor required for warranty related issues for 1 year under normal conditions.
